Expertise encompasses Start-up & Profit Centre Management, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Sales and Executive Mentoring. He has been a key influencer in the way the Arita Solutions has shaped up in Qatar.

Mr. Sabu Mathew Paulose, , has over 25 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. He is having vast experience in accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, customer and supplier relations, internal audit, statutory audit and tax functions.

Mrs. Nikhila Narayanan

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Mrs. Nikhila Narayanan, leads the operations and human resource activities of the organization. A post graduate in computer applications and with over 15 years of experience in IT operations , she plays a vital role in all activities, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, pay, employee assessment and retention, and oversees the operational activities at all levels of Arita.
